Texas Rho's Exec board, including Jack Monroe, Zach Hull, Dylan Duncan, Drew Judkins, and myself, went to SigEp's Carlson leadership Academy to improve our organization and leadership skills. Carlson Leadership Academy is our annual leadership conference that shows current SigEp members from all over the country how to lead their individual chapters to success. We can all safely say that we are better prepared to lead our chapter to success during the rest of our terms and beyond. We are ready for whatever this year brings!
